The team at Rigby Research, Michael Rigby Associate's research division, have achieved the BS7911 market research quality standard for the fourth year running. Having upgraded from BS7911:1998 to the more stringent BS7911:2003 two years ago, the latest approval from the BS assessor proves Rigby Research are providing the highest quality market research. In fact, the assessor couldn't find even a minor discrepancy on his recent visit.
