David Amos
Ex Operations Director for BL Cars, David spent a considerable time with Honda in Japan learning world class manufacturing practice at first hand. He put this to use as Project Director working with Honda to set up the Rover 800 plant at Swindon. He has worked as an independent manufacturing consultant and, most recently, as General Manager for Marshall-Tufflex Window Systems where he was responsible for several major improvements at Marshall-Tufflex itself and fabricator customers. |

Godfrey Arnold
Spent 30 years in the PVC industry with ICI and latterly with European Vinyls Corporation (EVC). When EVC was formed he was appointed Technical Service Manager for its pan-European suspension polymer business. Godfrey specialises in providing advice in PVC technology and applications. This includes provision of independent and expert advice on all aspects of PVC technology, formulations and applications, writing technical brochures on PVC applications and advice on environmental issues affecting PVC. |

David Herman FCA
Started working in the industrial sector and in the builders' merchants sector with Travis Perkins. Finance Director of Anglian Windows in the late 80's and early 90's he helped double its size and guided its transition from private company to quoted PLC, via an MBO. David is now director of M&A Registers, a consultant specialising in financial assignments with Michael Rigby Associates and non-executive chairman of a firm of financial advisers. |
